Where are my tickets?
Every ticket you hold lives in My Tickets. If you checked out as a guest, use the link in your confirmation email to claim your account first.
I didn't get a confirmation email.
Check your spam folder for a message from rmba. If your order shows in your orders, the tickets are safe there whether or not the email arrived.
I need to change or cancel an order.
Orders can't be changed or cancelled from the site. Write to us with your order details and we'll take it up with the event's organizer.
